Our Projects

Our project experience includes mid rise New York City construction, residential loft conversion and low income tenant-in-place rehabilitation. Our clients and partners include both for-profit and not-for-profit developers, lenders, and equity investors. We have converted manufacturing warehouses to residential lofts on behalf of our equity and debt partners. We have completed stalled and foreclosed developments on behalf of lenders. We have acted as Owner Representative on both new out of the ground and tenant-in-place low income subsidized projects.
