MATTHEW HORRIGAN

Mr. Horrigan has over twenty years experience in the construction industry and has delivered projects ranging from complicated data and co-location centers to recording level recital halls and bio-pharma laboratories. He is a construction manager with solid field experience and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. He retains a Bachelors of Business Administration from Villanova University, and Masters in Engineering from MIT.

JACK RESNICK

Mr. Resnick has over fifty five years experience in the construction and real estate development industry.  He owned and operated Hero’s Construction, a general contracting business in New York City, for thirty years. After retirement, he has had a second career running HRH’s senior housing division for sixteen years and consulting.  He is a civil engineer by education and provides a vast knowledge of construction, planning, scheduling, vendor / subcontractor contacts and valuable advice.
