Contributing member of the development team of who obtained site plan approval, planned and constructed a speculative Class “A” office building. Engaged tenants in lease negotiations and ultimately leased the building to Novartis. The project is constructed of architectural precast wall panels with a light gage metal fascia and pronounced sunscreen. The unique chevron floor plan provides for an elegant visitor drive and drop off area.
