Horrigan Development, LLC (HD) was established in 2005 to capitalize on the unique opportunity to convert several turn-of-the-century warehouses into prime residential condominiums in the New York City area as well as to pursue other development opportunities in the Northeast. HD offers an extensive range of capabilities and comprehensive experience.

While the formation of HD is recent, the partners have extensive experience in the design, construction and development industry and have worked in an array of entrepreneurial office settings and successfully delivered development projects for a wide variety of private, public, corporate and institutional clients. While working at the Rockefeller Group Development Corporation such clients included JP Morgan Fleming, BMW of North America, Seiko Watches, Crate & Barrel, Pearson Education, Teacher’s Insurance, Lucent Technologies and the United States Government to name a few.

HD believes in working closely with partners, lenders, designers, contractors and brokers from planning, entitlements, construction and disposition to provide a market driven product that is cost effective and aesthetically pleasing.
